Afton Alternative Associates
is a holistic health and wellness practice dedicated to helping
you resolve and take control of your health concerns and
to providing you the right tools to achieve this goal. We
emphasize the body, mind, emotions and spirit and are located
on the St. Croix River, 20 miles east of the Twin Cities at 1980

We work with over 50
concerns including headaches, back pain, whiplash, scoliosis,
depression, anxiety, chronic pain, personal injuries, sports
performance, ADHD, PTSD, learning problems, family and marital
problems, aging and more.
We believe that with the
right education, support and guidance, that all of us can grow and
progress emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
With this in mind, our healing modalities take into account that
there are many ways to approach a health issue. We might begin
by addressing physical discomfort, key thought patterns or
perhaps ongoing difficult emotions, depending on the
person. Because they are interrelated, however, we
work in a way that honors and gives a voice to all of these
aspects. Whatever the approach, our constant aim is to teach
self acceptance, increased awareness and personal
responsibility. Simple to say, but truly powerful when put
into action.
